Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture, textiles, custom sizing), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact. For fabric sofa covers, they must be unopened, unwashed, with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Assembled or used furniture: Fabric sofas and dining sets that have been assembled or show signs of use cannot be returned.

  • Used textiles: Fabric sofa covers that have been removed from packaging, used, or washed cannot be returned.

  • Custom or special order items: Cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts. Sofas and dining sets must be disassembled and returned in original boxes.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (sofas, dining tables), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.

Missing Parts
If your furniture arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations in fabrics (dye lots, weave), actual colors and textures may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
