1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furniture and accessories: fabric sofas, dining tables and chairs, and fabric sofa covers.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, wood grain). These variations are not defects.

  • Made-to-order items may have extended lead times (stated on product page).

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Fabric Sofas & Dining Furniture:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Adhere to weight limits.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Anti-tip for dining chairs: Use as intended – do not stand or climb on chairs.

Fabric Sofa Covers (Textile Safety):

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Follow washing instructions to maintain flame resistance.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk from plastic packaging).

3. Flammability Standards

  • Fabric Sofas: California TB 117-2013 (upholstered furniture flammability)

  • Fabric Sofa Covers: 16 CFR Part 1610 (clothing textiles)

  • Fill Materials: Meet applicable fire safety requirements

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, fabric wear, fading, accidents).
