Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-7 business days depending on item; made-to-order sofas may require production time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Sofa covers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Sofas and dining sets: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Sofa covers: 5-10 days; Furniture via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for sofas and dining sets at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Sofas/Dining Sets: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding.

  • Sofa Covers: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order items may have cancellation fees if production has begun.
